I have been on a spiritual path to awakening, as I am sure many of you are who have come to read my blog. I believe that I am Divinely guided, and can provide information that will be beneficial for some, and entertaining for others. I live my life with passion and integrity; one of my passions is doing research in the area of Wellbeing; Mind, Body and Spirit. This encompasses many topics. Through out the years, I have obtained a great deal of information on topics regarding Mind, Body and Spirit; however, when I was younger, I had no idea as to why I was gaining this knowledge or even what to do with it. It was not until I started paying attention to family, friends, and acquaintances, who were grateful, as well, as benefited from this information that I would so freely give. At times I am sure I was a little over bearing. Update: I am back. I have been through some fun, and challenging years, and gained new knowledge not only of myself, but health and spirit as well. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN YOUR LIFE, IS SOMETHING THAT YOU CAN'T LIVE WITH OUT...

You could choose any number of things, but I say none of those things will ever matter or be as important as the one thing nobody, can live with out, and that is your

It is not only imperative that we breathe to maintain, our existence, but it is vital that we breathe correctly, as a baby breathes.

When we breathe diaphragmatically we are able to access the lower parts of the lungs which are SEVEN times more productive in gas exchange than the upper parts of the lungs.

The exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide, IS THE BREATH.

Breathing this way, which some call belly breathing, will not cost you one cent, but it is the most valuable, easiest, and smartest thing, that you can do to increase your wellbeing, and you can start now TO reap immediate benefits.

The following are just a few of the benefits to belly breathing.
  1. It lowers the stress hormone (Cortisol) the belly fat hormone; thereby reduces craving for junk foods.
  2. Cuts chances of diabetes by strengthening the insulin beta receptor sites
